CLEOPATRA A. DU & CO., CPAs is a general professional partnership engaged in the practice of assurance and non-assurance audit, business outsourcing services, taxation and consultancy. Our Firm started in 1989 under the name Du, Nuezca and Associates, also a professional partnership. It became a sole proprietorship in 1996 but with the entry of a partner in 2011, it was converted back into a partnership under its current name, CLEOPATRA A. DU & CO.

The firm’s Managing Partner is Ms. Cleopatra “Cleo” A. Du. She oversees the entire operation of the Company and heads the assurance and non-assurance Audit Division.

Cleo is in the business of consultancy, audit and accounting services since 1989. She brings with her a wide range of experience being employed with several multinational companies and big domestic corporations since 1980 to 1996. During her employment, she was assigned to several sensitive positions in management, systems development, internal controls, financial planning, financial and operations audit and accounting.

Another senior partner, Mr. Eduardo “Ed”S. Angeles, is the Head of Business Process Outsourcing and Special Projects Division and the Deputy Managing Partner. Prior to joining the Company, Ed was an executive of a large government-controlled finance corporation.

Our firm is also complemented with a good number of managers, full time staff and part-time associates who are well equipped to cater to our clients’ requirements. We also maintain several consultants and have, during the years, established our own alliance network with various government agencies who can assist our clients, whenever necessary.
